Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – Hybrid – Public Sector – 12 Month Contract

We are partnering with a leading consultancy supporting a major public sector organisation that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to help optimise and enhance an already live Marketing Cloud environment.

This is a key role focused on improving existing journeys, increasing platform performance and driving continuous enhancement across the organisation’s marketing automation capability.

This opportunity is ideal for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys taking ownership of a live platform, refining strategy, and improving customer engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an already live Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, driving optimisation and continuous improvement
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements to automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders within the public sector organisation to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
• Act as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, providing best practice guidance across the platform

Requirements

• Strong proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Strong experience working with live Marketing Cloud environments, focused on optimisation and enhancement (not just implementation)
• Dutch speaker, professional proficiency
• Ability to travel to Brussels once per week

Role Details

• Hybrid working – 3–4 days remote, 1 day per week onsite in Brussels
• 12 month contract
